It’s official: The Terrace Hotel is historic! Well, we have known that for a long time, but it was once again confirmed recently when The Terrace was one of only three hotels to receive both the “Historic Hotel of America” and “Preferred Boutique Hotel” status. The Historic Hotel of America designation was given by the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Preferred Boutique Hotel status was given by the Preferred Hotel Group. There was only one other property in the state of Florida to receive the Preferred Boutiue Hotel designation.

If you have never stayed at The Terrace or enjoyed breakfast, lunch or dinner at the Terrace Grill, now you have two more reasons to move it to the top of your “to do” list.
