Orchestra Gone Wild

Is a night at the symphony not your favorite thing to do? Well, this orchestra may be a little different. The Imperial Symphony Orchestra is presenting “Extreme Classical Makeover” on March 24 at The Lakeland Center’s Youkey Theater from 7:30pm-9:15pm. Join Music Director & Conductor Mark Thielen to learn about the composers and music in a concert that features Aaron Copland’s Appalachian Spring and “The Capitol Quartet”. The best part is, if you bring  two non-perishable food items with you into the lobby the night of this concert you will receive a coupon to attend the ISO’s  Cookie Concert on April 26th FOR FREE! The Cookie Concert is a local favorite with the orchestra performing a selection especially for children ages 4 and under.
