Venue: Polk County Historical Museum – Bartow
-Bring your lunch and listen to our free lecture series on the third Tuesday of every month.
-June’s lecture is “Florida’s Highwaymen – Truth Untold” with guest speaker Robert Butler.

Classics Albums Live presents: Led Zeppelin II
Thursday, June 21
Venue: The Lakeland Center
-This widely successful concert features many hits from Led Zeppelin’s II including “Whole Lotta Love,” “What Is And What Should Never Be,” “Ramble On,” and more.
-In addition to the note for note recreation of the album, Classic Albums Live will also present a second half highlighting Led Zeppelin’s greatest hits.
-Come early for a special free screening of the documentary Led Zeppelin: The Untold Story, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

A Pirate’s Life For Me
Friday, June 22 – Sunday, June 24
Venue: Haines City Community Theatre
-The annual HCCT KIDS! production features the younger talents of Haines City Community Theatre who will once again entertain audiences of all ages with this musical pirate adventure.

Highland City Community Market
Date: Saturday, June 23
Venue: First Baptist Church of Highland City
-A local community market featuring hand-crafted items and fresh produce.
-The market will be open on the fourth Saturday of each month.

Live at the Gardens: Summer Music Series
Saturday, June 23
Venue: Bok Tower Gardens – Lake Wales
-The 11th annual music series returns with monthly concerts May – September.
-June’s concert is The Friends of Jazz – Timeless jazz favorites – Keyboard, bass, drums, brass, 2 vocalists.
-Concert tickets include all-day admission to the Gardens, and an optional dinner will be served at the Blue Palmetto Café before each performance.
