Trick or Treat Lane

- Everyone is welcome to this free annual event held at the City of Eagle Lake Complex.
- Our partners will be sponsoring 12 doors during the event for children to “Trick or Treat” in a safe and fun environment.

Tricks & Treats – A Halloween Children’s Event

Lakeland Square Mall
- Stop by Lakeland Square Mall for the annual Tricks & Treats Children’s Halloween Event featuring retailer trick-or-treating, costume contests, face painting and balloon artists.
- Gift Card prizes will be given for first, second and third place costume winners.

Disney Live! Mickey’s Music Festival

The Lakeland Center
- Mickey Mouse and friends rock the world with the stars from The Little Mermaid, Aladdin and Disney/Pixar’s Toy Story in their new touring show “Disney Live! Mickey’s Music Festival”.
- Disney hits are remixed to the hottest sounds of today featuring hip hop, pop, swing, reggae, rock, country and much more.

First Friday Downtown Lakeland

- Enjoy an evening of free family-friendly entertainment, activities, live music, art receptions, car show, and the chance to check out great locally-owned restaurants or retail establishments on the first Friday of each month.
- First Friday features a different theme monthly, and special activities are provided to complement the theme.
- November’s theme is Polk County Builders Association.

Pickin’ In the Park

Central Park, Winter Haven
- On the first Friday of every month, Winter Haven Hospital and the City of Winter Haven host a free community music event in downtown Central Park.
- Pickin’ In the Park is a family-friendly, free, community sing-a-long with music from local musicians.

Jack and the Beanstalk

- This is a musical version of the ever-popular story of Jack and the magical beanstalk, and this adaptation of the classic English folk tale will delight with charming songs and a gentle message.

The Red Velvet Cake War

- This funny Southern-fried comedy is a Lake Wales Theatre production showing over two weekends: November 2–4 and November 16­–18.

Autumn Arts and Crafts Bazaar

- Spend the day enjoying the works of handmade crafters and fine artists, food, live entertainment, a student art exhibit and Historic Baynard House Tours.

Bartow Ford After Hours

- Bartow Ford Company and WPCV 97-Country have teamed to bring you LIVE, on stage, country music artist and CW’s The Next semi-finalist, Michael Ray.
-  All VIP proceeds will be donated to The Lymphoma and Leukemia Society.

Kathleen Area Historical Society Fall Festival

- Spend the morning watching the process and having some good ole fashion fun with the Kathleen Area Historical Society.
- Syrup will be available for sale when cooking is completed, and there will be live entertainment throughout the day along with games, activities, storytelling, cake walks, crafts, vendors and more.

nightFlight Phase 3

Venue: Fantasy of Flight, Polk City
- Due to Apollo Paranormal Investigations’ high paranormal activity results, Fantasy of Flight has invited the general public to nightFlight, an exciting after-hours program that offers adventurous visitors four full hours to “Explore the Unexplained.”

The Fancy Flea Vintage Home & Garden Market

- The Fancy Flea is an upscale flea market featuring shabby chic decor, antiques, vintage clothing & jewelry, industrial chic, repurposed finds, original art, cottage glam, garden art and homemade sweets.

Water, Wings & Wild Things

Venue: Circle B Bar Reserve, Lakeland
- Polk’s Nature Discovery Center will feature hands-on wildlife safaris with a Florida panther, a prescribed fire obstacle course, kite making, alligators, tree climbing, environment exhibits, a plant sale and more at this one-day event.

Horse Creek Festival and Florida Heritage Invitational Art Show

Venue:
Davenport
- The City of Davenport will host the Horse Creek Festival to celebrate Davenport’s history and to continue the City’s focus on cultural events to build and market our community to the region.
- This free event will showcase Florida artists along Allapaha Avenue and at the Davenport School of the Arts, and young artists will display their work on the Williams Street Plaza.
