One of Polk County’s newest BBQ restaurants, Shane’s Rib Shack in Lakeside Village, will be giving away a half a rack of ribs to the first 100 customers on Saturday, May 17. The first 100 will also receive a Shane’s t-shirt and a large Coke Zero.
