According to their website, you can put on your skates throughout the month of July and beat the heat for just $7 (including skate rental). You can also book a birthday party or corporate event on the ice. Here are the dates and times:

July 10-11:  2PM-5PM, 7PM-10PM, 11P-1AM
July 12-16:  2PM-5PM, 7PM-10PM
July 17-18:  2PM-5PM, 7PM-10PM, 11P-1AM  
July 19-23:  2PM-5PM, 7PM-10PM
$7 Adults (includes skate rental)
$6 Children 12 & under (includes skate rental)
$5 bring your own skates
